Inaugurated in 1967, Government of Ontario Transit (better known as GO Transit) runs along the north shore of Lake Ontario between downtown Toronto and the suburbs of Oakville and Pickering, with additional routes added since 1967. The cars here were part of an order of nine self-propelled multiple unit coaches.
